Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
- Service bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time by contacting our customer support team.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service amount.
Refunds
- Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
- Refunds will be issued for services canceled per our cancellation policy.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
Rescheduling
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
- Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee depending on the availability and scope of the service.
