Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

  1. Service bookings can be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled service time by contacting our customer support team.
  2. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total service amount.

Refunds

  1. Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the scheduled service date.
  2. Refunds will be issued for services canceled per our cancellation policy.
  3. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

Rescheduling

  1. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.
  2. Rescheduling within 48 hours may incur a fee depending on the availability and scope of the service.
